If you select more than 3 of these, we should probably talk: Aggravated, we currently offer SaaS, but we are consistently running against the wall when deploying UCaaS. Agents started off strong, and now they have plateaued. Since they started earning $10,000+ per month they have slacked off. Agents and customers are frustrated, when they don’t understand the process, issues with on-boarding, They handle and address the same issues over and over again The Channel managers, are having a tough time growing the revenue with existing agents, within their markets. Customer service is receiving many calls about the services, especially when procedures are not accurate or followed. Aggravated Management, when the infrastructure is not as scalable as originally thought and sustainability is questioned. The staff is very good at what they do, but they do not have the experience with dealing with type of partners and their related ‘core’ of services. They struggle when attempting to relate, how our products will strengthen their ‘core’ offerings. Partner types like: VARs, MSPs, PaaS, IaaS, IoT, System Integration, Telecommunication Providers, Software Vendors, Cloud and Collocation, Unified Communications, Voice and Data Hosting.
