Direct the provision of fractional C-level consulting services to over 700 organizations. Analyze and consult on investments in digital technologies to reshape and enhance clients’ business model. Deliver market and product advice and guidance to meet organizational, efficiency and cost goals. Provide uninterrupted services, and lead internal and external multi-disciplined cross-functional project teams focused on delivering high quality, on-time and on-budget voice and data projects. Evaluated, scaled and gained business funding.

  • Identified disjointed business processes. Directed project prioritization of enterprise IT infrastructure, back-office, and ERP platform.  Generated feasibility and budget reporting throughout and presented to stake owners. Generating $486k revenue, in 6.5 months.
  • Built in-direct channel of 480, by standardizing service, sales, quality, equipment and support procedures with the creation of an on-line university training and certification program for business relationship managers, integrators and clients.

Managed and led the processes associated with the distribution of add-on, and hosted VoIP services for the most prominent NEC phone systems dealerships within the United States. Led 26 direct and indirect reports and managed the expense control of a $5.7M budget. Transitioned and installed voice, data, video and billing systems.

  • Revitalization of an enterprise-grade hosted VoIP services of a prominent US NEC phone dealership. Led business group and technology groups from infrastructure, support, vendors and distribution strategies. Increase revenue of 102% in 6 months
  • Managed a team consisted of 6 direct and 22 indirect reports and managed the P&L of over 2,000 projects.
  • Customer loss was catastrophic at 4.53 clients per week. Implemented standardized service, sales, quality, equipment, and support procedures, and mitigated retention to 1 every other month, in 60 days.
  • Acquired and integrated 5 targeted Managed Services Providers. Leveraged the multiple business systems and organically increased revenue growth by 30% in 5 months, and non-organic growth by 20% in 1 year

The Supervisory Committee is the Credit Union’s internal auditor, appointed by the board, to maintain oversight of the safety and soundness of the Credit Union. The Committee conducts formal audits, against compliance standards, of the Credit Union’s operations and accounting records, management practices, and procedures.  The audits are scrutinized by federal, state examiners/regulators, and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
